The eastern flank of Mt. St. Helens

main :: trip report :: images :: thanks to...

I can't begin to describe how amazing this trip was. This was the first serious alpine mountaineering trip I have ever done, and I was one I will remember until the day I die. I climbed Mt. Shuksan from July 12 - 16, 2000. We had terrible weather up to the summit day, a perfectly clear, epic day. I summitted at 10:30 AM on July 15, 2001.

Click the sections above to read the trip report, view the image gallery, and look at the people that I want to publicly thank. Another thing... If you're looking for an introduction to the world of Mountaineering, Cascade Alpine Guides is the way to go.
