There are so many people I wish to thank for this trip. People that helped me prepare for the climb, guide me on the climb, manufacturers of my gear, and my friends and family that nervously watched me do this.
- First and foremost, I'd like to thank my parents, my brother & his girlfriend, and my dog, Cocoa. My friends put up with me as I kept telling them about this trip? I'd like to mention Amy (Thank You SOOOO MUCH!), Liz, Crystal and the many others that I know I've forgot to mention. Thank you Pastor Whillock and everyone at St. John.
- Saeed Toossi - you showed me that dreams do come true. Congratulations on Mt. Everest and I sincerely hope I get to climb a big 8,000-meter peak with you some day!
- Cascade Alpine Guides - If you ever want to climb with a great guiding service on some awesome terrain in the most beautiful area I have ever seen, these are the guys to go with. Thanks so much Steve and Dale. Dale was an incredible guide and I wish him luck on future climbs. I hope to climb with CAG and especially Dale in the future.
- I'd like to thank Jim, Philippe, Bea, and Grant for being incredible people on the climb itself. I couldn't have picked a better group to be around in the mountains.
- As for my gear, I'd wish to thank Columbia, The North Face, REI, CampMor, Starved Rock Outfitters, Outdoor Research, Black Diamond, Koflach, Grivel, Camp Mountaineering, Petzl, Mountain Hardware, and CamelBak.
- And most importantly, I want to thank God for the most incredible experience I have had in my life. It was an epic summit day and I couldn't ask for more.
