The Old-School Barber shop faced several challenges:
- Multiple social media accounts.
- An existing website that was difficult to manage.
- They needed a booking solution to enable customers to book an appointment via a mobile app, and to receive email and SMS reminders.
The Old School created a PWA with Beezer, and chose fresha.com as their core booking engine – which was easily embedded into a mobile app using Beezer. The ‘Book now’ capability allows users to book appointments directly within the app.
Customers can receive notifications to their device and can therefore be the first to hear of latest offers.
Instagram and Facebook were integrated directly into the app, so customers would have a one-stop shop to see all of the latest updates without being flooded by updates from other brands.
Opening hours, a “contact us” form, and general information were added and can be updated in a matter of minutes through the Beezer platform; and customers can organically share the app via SMS, e-mail or Social Media.
